With over 33 years of experience, she brings unmatched expertise and a commitment to building long-term, trusting relationships with both property owners and tenants. For Shelley, property management is more than maintaining buildings—it’s about creating comfort, trust, and stability for everyone involved.

She oversees daily operations, communicates directly with owners and tenants, and ensures every detail is handled with care. Known for her proactive, responsive approach, Shelley works diligently to resolve issues quickly, maintain high standards, and protect the value of every property. Her leadership is defined by integrity, reliability, and exceptional service.

Originally from upstate New York, Shelley values open communication and strives to make every client and tenant feel heard and supported. Outside of work, she finds her greatest joy in family, especially time spent with her six grandchildren.

With decades of experience and a passion for helping others, Shelley remains a trusted leader and an essential part of the Elite Team Realty and Property Management family.

With a deep love for real estate and a natural knack for numbers and organization, Crandall has truly found her perfect fit in property management. Over the past five years with Elite, she has worn many hats—but as Finance and Property Operations manager, she keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine. From balancing the books to streamlining operations, she brings structure, creativity, and an owner’s mindset to every challenge. Owning her own rental properties gives her firsthand insight into what it takes to manage investments with care and intention.

What keeps her inspired every day is the company’s tight-knit, family-like atmosphere. The team collaborates, problem-solves, and celebrates wins together, creating a workplace that feels as welcoming as home.

Beyond the office, Crandall loves exploring the outdoors and staying active—whether boating on Lake Wylie, cheering at a Charlotte FC match, or traveling to new destinations. She also enjoys relaxing dinners at favorite local spots like Yunta in Charlotte or the Butcher Shop in Fort Mill, and tending to her ever-growing plant collection. Though just 4'11", she brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to everything she does, especially time spent with her family and their sweet dog, Willow.

As Maintenance Tech Supervisor at Elite Team Realty and Property Management, Neil makes sure our properties are well cared for and running smoothly. From coordinating and completing repairs to troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, overseeing contractors, and handling day-to-day upkeep, he ensures residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes.

With 3 years in property management and a professional background in construction, project management, and customer service, Neil brings both hands-on expertise and a people-first approach to his work. Drawn to property management through family, he believes in treating others the way he would like to be treated—not as just another job, but with respect and care.

Neil enjoys solving problems and helping others, which makes him a natural fit for our team. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family and calls himself a “homebody,” though he’s always up for a trip to his favorite local spot, The Dixie Pig in Rock Hill.

As an Property Operations Assistant, I handle a variety of responsibilities that help keep our office running smoothly. My main focus is assisting in managing tenant accounts, coordinating lease renewals, and serving as a point of contact for both property owners and tenants. I’ve been with the company for a year and a half and truly enjoy playing a role in supporting strong, positive relationships between tenants and owners — when managed well, it really can be a win-win.

Before joining the team, I worked as an elementary school teacher and later took time off to raise my children. That experience helped shape my strong organizational skills and deep appreciation for clear communication — both of which serve me well in property management.What I love most about working here is the close-knit, supportive environment. We’re a small company, and it feels more like a family. The team collaborates well, and the flexible work environment is a huge bonus.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family — including our puppy, Maple — and heading to the beach or mountains whenever possible, whether with family or friends. I’m always up for a trip to Disney or a college football game with my husband and sons, especially if it’s Florida State or the University of South Carolina playing! A fun fact about me: I performed in the pre-game show at Super Bowl XXV when I was in middle school — and had the unforgettable experience of seeing Whitney Houston sing her iconic National Anthem performance live. In and around the Charlotte area, I love enjoying time on the lake, catching a concert or comedy show, and trying new restaurants — especially Asian fusion (I’m always up for sushi!) or a great steakhouse. There’s no shortage of amazing spots to explore!

Maggie is a Property Operations Assistant at Elite Team Realty and Property Management, where she helps keep daily operations organized and efficient. With three years of experience in property management, she is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and genuine care for people—qualities that help create a smooth experience for both property owners and tenants.
Drawn to the industry by a growing interest in real estate, Maggie brings a diverse professional background that includes work as an esthetician, which sharpened her eye for detail and her ability to connect with people. What she enjoys most about Elite is the welcoming team and the small, flexible work environment that feels more like family than just a workplace.

Outside the office, Maggie loves reading, traveling, drawing, and spending time with friends and family. Around Charlotte and Fort Mill, her favorite activities include boating on Lake Wylie or playing with friends at Puttery. She’s also a big fan of Sushi Hana and Crave Dessert Bar

Amanda Casey brings over 10 years of experience in maintenance and home repairs to her role as Maintenance Manager at Elite Team Realty and Property Management. She oversees the full scope of maintenance operations across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, making sure every property is well cared for and every resident feels at home.
In her day-to-day role, Amanda leads a skilled team of technicians, coordinates with contractors and vendors, and implements preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and preserve asset value. She also handles routine inspections, oversees repairs and renovations, and works closely with property managers to ensure tenant satisfaction. Clear and honest communication is at the heart of her work—keeping tenants informed, providing transparency to property owners, and building trusted relationships with everyone involved.

Before joining Elite Team Realty and Property Management, Amanda owned a maintenance business, where she developed a deep understanding of property care and the value of strong client relationships. That hands-on background continues to shape her people-first approach today.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys quiet moments with a good book, crocheting, and binge-watching The Golden Girls, a timeless favorite that always brings her joy. She’s passionate about creating safe, comfortable spaces for residents while giving owners the peace of mind that their investments are in good hands.

Willow the Bernedoodle has already claimed the top job as Elite Team Realty and Property Management’s resident nap champion and part-time security boss. Equal parts sweetest coworker and self-appointed guard dog, she keeps a careful eye on the office while perfecting her favorite activity—finding the best spot for an all-day snooze.

Willow is practically human in the way she communicates her feelings—whether it’s a perfectly timed sigh when someone disturbs her nap or the look that clearly says she’s supervising every move. She takes loyalty seriously (don’t even think about sneaking in a snack without her noticing) and gives side-eye to unexpected visitors until they pass her sniff test. But once you’re in her circle, she’s all heart—always ready for a cuddle, a belly rub, or an approving tail wag.

When she’s off duty, Willow enjoys slow strolls, hanging out with her family, and proving that being adorably lazy is a full-time job. Protective, loyal, almost human, and impossibly sweet, she’s proof that every great team needs a little fur, a lot of love, and at least one professional napper.

Maple is a lively Labradoodle and the official burst of energy at Elite Team Realty and Property Management. With boundless enthusiasm and a wagging tail that never quits, she brings nonstop joy to the office every single day. A true chew-toy connoisseur, Maple treats every squeaky bone like a VIP project and considers scavenger hunts her personal sport—whether it’s for hidden snacks, forgotten tennis balls, or anything remotely chew-worthy. Known for her goofy antics and curious nature, she keeps the team smiling and reminds everyone to pause for a little fun. When she’s not chasing her next toy or inspecting every corner for treasures, Maple is happiest exploring with her family and showing off her adventurous side. Energetic, hilarious, and completely lovable, she proves that every great office needs a little chaos, a lot of love, and at least one professional goofball.
